This is a gas stove grill pan, which is used to grill food on a gas stovetop.
IMPORTANT: For faster results, do not lit the lid at all during the cooling proossa. oit le not necessary to turn the dood over. it IS better to add salt and any herba and spices to the meat before cooking.
Place the base of the lower tray in the centre of the small or medium burner of your gas stove. The lower tray is the one with the air holes.
Place the grill on top of the lover tray.
Place the food on the grill making sure you do not cover the centre hole.
Cover the whole set with the lid
It is designed to turn a gas stove into a grill for meat, fish, or vegetables.
